No returns accepted on upholstery fabric or trim under 6 yards
No returns accepted on drapery fabric under 10 yards
All Sales for clearance products are final, and no returns will be accepted
Wallcovering returns are only excepted on full rolls.
Claims will not be accepted for shrinkage or stretching less than 3%.
Claims will not be accepted for custom orders and/or special order merchandise.
All returns must have the sales manager's prior approval. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. NOTE: This policy applies to UNCUT fabric/wallcoverings only. No fabric/wallcoverings can be returned for credit if it has been cut or processed by the purchaser in any way. We recommend all fabric/wallcoverings be inspected and checked for flaws, correctness of pattern, color, and differences before they are cut. Photo documentation is required for all returns.
Tile, Stone and Slab Returns
All returns must have the sales manager's prior approval. All returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Returns must be within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in full, clean, unopened, undamaged boxes/cartons. All returns are subject to a 30% handling charge. Freight and shipping prices are non refundable. Customer must examine products upon delivery. Photo documentation must be submitted to replace items damaged upon arrival. Sales of non-stock, non-standard, special order items, installation products and tools are final.
